Seoul ยท One evening ยท 2 stops ยท 55% local ยท ~0 km walked (~0 steps) ยท chill pace

A mat on the grass, chicken delivered to it, and a bridge that spouts coloured water to music โ€” how Seoul actually spends a warm night.

๐Ÿ›ก Safety: relaxed. Families and couples out until late; the riverbank is lit and busy.

Yeouido first: rent a mat, order fried chicken to your patch of grass (delivery riders find you by park zone), and cook instant noodles in the convenience-store machines. Then subway east for the Banpo fountain โ€” it runs mid-March to the end of October only, with shows at 19h30, 20h, 20h30 and 21h, plus a 21h30 in high summer. Twenty minutes each. Sit on the Banpo Hangang Park side, below the bridge, not on it.
